It is located between your anus and testicles.

To train PC muscle, you need to perform PC muscle squeezes. There are various types of squeezes, both long and short. For start, you can do 10-20 repetitions of short squeezes 2-3 sets a day. To do 1 repetition of short squeeze, flex your PC muscle for 1 second and relax it for 1 second. After you gain a little bit strength you can increase amount of reps and sets. In a week of training you can move on to doing long squeezes which are 10 seconds long. In several weeks of every-day training you will be able to stop ejaculation from happening.

To stop ejaculation, you are required to flex your PC muscle couple seconds before ejaculation and hold is tight for 20-30 seconds, until the urge to ejaculate is gone completely.
